Karen Forman and Nicole Dalton began their creative journey together dancing at The Sweat Spot in Silver Lake, Los Angeles. While cultivating a love of dance they soon realized they also shared a love of all things psychological. They are both actresses and Karen has a background in social work while Nicole is writing her thesis for her masters in counseling at Pacifica Graduate Institute. Their videos are inspired by actual conversations that have taken place between the two of them and they are grateful for the opportunity to laugh at themselves and thrilled that others are laughing with them. The first in their series, I’m Triggered, went viral on Funny or Die who also promoted the video on Facebook and Twitter and won “Most Watched Clean Comedy of the Month.

Donna and Leslie are roommates who trigger each other. They reveal their shared experiences through “I’m Triggered” because it is important to be vulnerable, for if we are not vulnerable, what are we actually doing with our lives? It is through this tool that community is created. We hope that our videos provide some levity in our lives, which can be very challenging and heavy at times.
